First of all, this tournament won't be a short one (league + tournament). Second, everything should start a week or two after Icy Tower 1.3 comes out.

What is World League? Everything is simple:

1. round

There will be 4 countries participating in each WL edition. Each country will need a supervisor that will start a country league.
What is the point of that? When the country league ends, the best 3 players in each country advance to the nations cup. There will be an overall of 16 players in the nations cup.

2. round - the NPCP tournament (NPCP - non-participating countries' players)

Q: How come there will be 16 players in the nations cup when only 12 advance?
A: It's simple. After the end of all the leagues, a NPCP tournament will take place. This is a chance for every player whose country haven't signed up to WL. The rules of the tournament will probably be like this: Players sign up, a category is being picked randomly, the players play, four best players advance to the nations cup. So it all looks like this:

Poland - 3 player slots
2nd country - 3 player slots
3rd country - 3 player slots
4th country - 3 player slots
NPCP - 4 player slots

3. round - the Nations Cup

The 16 players go to the play-offs, where they are randomly picked in pairs, and so are the categories. The winner advances to the next round and so on... The winners' country gets a free ticket to the next WL edition.

Po pierwsze, turniej ten nie bedzie krotkim (liga + play-off). Po drugie, wszystko powinno sie zaczac w ok. 2 tygodnie po premierze IT 1.3.

Czym jest Liga Swiatowa? Wszystko jest latwe:

1. runda

W kazdej edycji LS beda braly udzial 4 panstwa. Kazde panstwo potrzebowac bedzie supervisora (w tym wypadku bede nim ja), ktory rozpocznie w swoim kraju lige (w naszym wypadku PLIT 2005).
Jaki jest tego cel? Kiedy zakonczy sie liga, trzech najlepszych graczy awansuje do nations cupu. W tej czesci turnieju znajdzie sie juz tylko 16 graczy.

2. runda - turniej GPNU (Graczy Panstw Nieuczestniczacych)

P: Jakim cudem bedzie 16 graczy, skoro awansowac ma tylko 12?
O: To proste. Po zakonczeniu wszystkich czterech lig, odbedzie sie turniej GPNU. Jest to szansa dla kazdego gracza, ktorego panstwo nie wzielo udzialu w pierwszej rundzie. Zasady beda prawdopodobnie takie: gracze sie zapisuja, losowana jest kategoria, czterech najlepszych przechodzi do nations cupu. Wszystko wiec wygladaloby tak:

Polska - 3 miejsca
drugie panstwo - 3 miejsca
trzecie panstwo - 3 miejsca
czwarte panstwo - 3 miejsca
GPNU - 4 miejsca

3. runda - Nations Cup

Zwycieska szesnastka awansuje do NC, gdzie jest losowo rozlosowywana w pary, przydzielane sa losowe kategorie. Zasady proste - przegrany odpada z turnieju. Panstwo zwyciezcy dostaje "wejsciowke" na kolejna edycje LS.
