Hm, curious. Admins seeking attention? Nope, they are mainly offline nowadays. You can learn it from the Users last 24 hours section. So it is either an apparently not so malevolent stranger, an admin incognito, or some forum user with tendency for meddling with server-side data. I give the options following probabilities, respectively: 5%, 25%, 70%.

Edit: And there is more. Neo’s account has been cloned. Since I am certain that he has no personal enemies on this forum, the chances of option #2 therefore skyrocketed at the expense of #3. All these, and further, events are probably innocent experiments with forum administration, performed behind-the-scenes by authorised entities.

Edit: I just realised, polish characters encoding has failed. Well, this just affirms me in my suspicions. There is something being upgraded, fixed or modified. Which conclusion I acknowledge with relief, because I would not enjoy this forum being erased or otherwise damaged. I do not know if I made backups of all my lengthy posts. (I hope that difficulties with character set are easily reversible).
